GANGURO!!!
halloween was far too short. with all you can eat and all you can drink on a 10th floor bar, complete with views of kyoto city from three directions, there was no way the party could have been a failure. we partied and partied and in our absolute wastedness, we even tried to stay at a love hotel. (of course we did not realize it was a love hotel till we reflected on the night SOBERLY.) we must have confused the crap out of the woman who kept telling us the four of us could not possibly stay in one room together. too messy of a clean-up she probably thought. nasty. we then took a cab home and the car driver loved us so much he gave us all presents. gooood times.
i have a feeling the remaining weeks of japan will fly by. mostly with the help of a new special friend i found. we have about 20 days left with our families and then we're off to toyoma where we have internships for a bit. and finally to ogasawara where it will be nice and warm (~70s) until we return to the new england cold.
